MOMO 1 Open™ Series
The MOMO 1 Open™ is a pro basketball and qualifying gaming series designed to break away from traditional league and tournament format. Instead of relying solely on team standings, the series introduces a dynamic competition structure where every game carries immediate value, including prize money awarded per matchup. While team records still matter, they represent only one component of a broader, performance-driven system.
At the core of the series is its proprietary ratings technology, the MOMO 1 PlayX Board™. This method evaluates both teams and individual players after every game – win or lose – capturing performance beyond the final score.

By redefining the traditional basketball league structure, the MOMO 1 Open™ introduces a fresh layer of entertainment for fans. The format creates a more balanced and competitive experience, delivering heightened excitement and intensity for both players and audiences.
MOMO 1 Basketball™ System
The MOMO 1 Open™ is played using its exclusive MOMO 1 Basketball™ system, a fresh and innovative take on the game. It features new and modified rules and regulations to create a faster, more competitive, and engaging style of play. The variation also introduces a newly designed exclusive court, the MOMO 1 PrimeCourt™, that redefines how the game is experienced.
Team Roster
Each team may consist of up to ten (10) players. All players must meet the age eligibility of the division series in which the team is registered to compete. The ball game is played 5-on-5.
An eligible player may compete in two divisions within the series, but under the same team ownership. Basically, if a team owner enters two teams in different divisions, a player may be part of the roster in both divisions, provided they meet the age requirements for each division.

Player & Team Contract Agreement
Every team competing in the MOMO 1 Open™ Series is operated by a Rights Holder (Team Owner) responsible for roster management, training, and team operations. All players must acknowledge and comply with the terms and conditions established in their signed agreements with the team and the MOMO 1™ organization.
Division Levels
The men's series is structured across three levels, with a dedicated women's division and series to be introduced next.
Next Gen Series (Ages 20–33)
Designed for young, high-energy competitors, this division showcases emerging talent, speed, and athletic performance among the next generation of players.
Prime Time Series (Ages 28–38)
Featuring experienced and well-rounded athletes, this division highlights peak skill, strategy, and competitive intensity at a high level of play.
Legacy Series (Ages 38 & Above)
This division celebrates veteran players, emphasizing basketball IQ, leadership, and refined fundamentals built through years of experience.
The Future of Game Ratings
The MOMO 1 PlayX Board™ is an exclusive rating system developed for the MOMO 1 Open™ Series, designed to evaluate both team and individual player performance. Each game contributes performance-based rating points that are continuously added to a data system, reflecting the true competitive value of teams and players.
By adding deeper analytics and a panel-based judging system, the PlayX Board captures both statistical performance and qualitative impact. This creates a more accurate and engaging framework for matchmaking, ensuring higher-quality and more competitive future matchups.
Event Locations
MOMO 1 Open™ will operate in some form as a global gaming tour, with competitive series hosted across major cities and global markets. The primary hubs will be centered in key U.S. metropolitan areas, including New York, New Jersey, and Las Vegas, creating a consistent home venue for players, fans, and partners.
The Diamondhouse™
The Diamondhouse™ is the informal name for any arena, center, warehouse, and gymnasium where a MOMO 1 Open™ series event takes place, ranging from local venues to major metropolitan arenas. At the center of the Diamondhouse™ is the MOMO 1 PrimeCourt™, the exclusive newly designed basketball court for the series.
Media Rights & Content Ownership
The MOMO 1™ organization retains exclusive rights to film, produce, and distribute all media generated during the series. As a clause in the Team Franchise Rights agreement, all approved teams and players must grant MOMO 1™ and its parent company, STM Studios, full usage rights for promotional, commercial, and broadcast purposes.
Teams and players may capture limited content using smartphones only, strictly for short form clips. Live streaming, full-game recording, and the use of professional or action cameras are prohibited. Any large-scale production by teams or players is not permitted. All games are subject to monitoring and enforcement by event security.
Sportsmanship & Conduct Guidelines
All players are expected to maintain respectful, professional conduct on and off the court. Violence, fighting, bullying, or any actions that compromise the integrity of the game will not be tolerated. Players and teams must show respect to officials, opponents, and fans at all times. The use of illegal drugs or performance-enhancing substances is strongly discouraged. Violations may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or permanent disqualification from MOMO 1 Open™ events.
Awards & Compensation
All teams approved to compete in the MOMO 1 Open™ series will receive compensation for participating. Amounts may vary by division, matchups, and series, with performance-based bonuses awarded in accordance with results. Full compensation and award details are discussed prior to scheduling a matchup.
Team Uniform Standards
The MOMO 1 Open™ uniform standard ensures a consistent, professional appearance across all matches. Players will wear custom sleeveless printed shirts paired with performance (dri-fit) shorts in place of traditional jerseys.
All logos, emblems, sponsors, and advertising must be reviewed and approved by the MOMO 1™ organization. Final uniform designs must be submitted and approved prior to scheduled competition. Any violation of the uniform code will result in a fine.
Integrity, Gambling, and Game-Fixing Policy
The MOMO 1 Open™ enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy on illegal gambling, match-fixing, and any conduct that undermines the integrity of the competition. Any team, player, or individual suspected of such activity will be subject to a thorough investigation. Confirmed violations may result in immediate disqualification, suspension or permanent ban from future events, and additional disciplinary action as determined by the organization.
